📋 Description

• Evaluate costs and prepare project budgets and client quotes • Coordinate all project phases and establish achievable deadlines • Use tools such as Plunet for time tracking • Own projects throughout their full lifecycle from start to finish • Adhere to applicable policies and procedures • Answer client queries via chats, phone calls, and emails • Report activity in group chats and communicate with peers about tasks • Negotiate deadlines and rates with freelancers using HR freelancer databases • Establish and maintain relationships with freelancers globally • Monitor and control project status • Manage project finances, including budgeting • Perform quality checks, proofreading, and final review • Handle freelancer queries

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in project management, business administration, and customer service • Knowledge in Localization and Interpretation for the Project Manager role • Knowledge and experience using CAT tools like Smartcat and MemoQ • Knowledge and experience using Translation Management systems like Trados • Advanced verbal and written communication skills in English (Native or C1) • Fluency in a foreign language • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail • Ability to prioritize and multitask • Excellent cross-cultural and interpersonal communication skills • Strong sense of professionalism and politeness • Full professional commitment during scheduled working hours • Job stacking and conflicting concurrent employment are not permitted • Must submit an application and complete the Emotional Intelligence and Wonderlic assessment • All application questions are mandatory • Candidates may be required to complete a background check before hiring
