📋 Description

• Build and run the regional marketing plan and budget for Jordan, Lebanon, Palestine and Egypt • Lead performance marketing across Meta, Google, TikTok and programmatic channels with CPL, FTD and ROI targets • Drive Arabic content, social media, webinars, events and community growth • Work with IBs, affiliates and introducing partners to grow regional acquisition • Ensure every campaign follows financial-promotion and compliance rules • Hire, lead and develop the regional marketing team and agencies • Report weekly on funnel performance from lead to funded client

🎯 Requirements

• Proven marketing experience in the forex / CFD brokerage industry (a must) • 7+ years in marketing • At least 3 years leading a team or a regional function • Native or fluent Arabic • Fluent English • Strong knowledge of the Levant and Egypt markets • Hands-on experience with performance marketing, CRM and attribution tools • Understanding of financial-promotion compliance • Must be based in, and legally able to work in, Jordan, Lebanon, Palestine or Egypt
