📋 Description

• Own the marketing tech stack, including CRM, marketing automation, tracking and reporting • Set up and maintain campaign tracking and attribution using UTMs, GA4, Tag Manager, ad-platform pixels and conversion APIs • Build lead routing, nurture flows and lifecycle journeys from lead to funded client • Run dashboards and weekly reports on funnel performance, CPL, FTD and ROI • Maintain clean marketing data and enforce consent and compliance rules • Collaborate with performance marketing, BD, IBs/affiliates, sales and compliance

🎯 Requirements

• Marketing operations experience in the forex / CFD brokerage or online trading industry (a must) • 4+ years in marketing operations, CRM or marketing analytics • Hands-on admin of a CRM or marketing automation platform • Strong tracking and attribution skills • Experience with a reporting tool such as Looker Studio or Power BI • Native or fluent Arabic • Fluent English • Based in, and legally able to work in, Jordan, Lebanon, Palestine or Egypt
