📋 Description

• Design, develop, and maintain high-performance backend applications using Java and Spring Boot • Develop scalable and secure RESTful APIs • Work with microservices architecture and event-driven architecture (EDA) using Kafka • Participate in technical decisions and software architecture definition • Perform unit and integration testing to ensure code quality • Monitor and optimize application performance • Resolve incidents and investigate production issues • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand and translate business requirements • Document technical solutions and support the creation of operational procedures • Contribute to development best practices, code reviews, and a DevOps culture

🎯 Requirements

• Solid experience with Java (versions 8, 11, 17, or 21) • Strong proficiency in Spring Boot, including Spring Boot 3.x • Experience developing RESTful APIs • Knowledge of microservices architecture • Experience with messaging and event-driven architecture (Kafka) • Knowledge of relational databases (Oracle, PostgreSQL, MySQL) and non-relational databases (MongoDB, Redis) • Experience with unit and integration testing • Knowledge of DevOps practices and continuous integration (CI/CD) • Experience with Jenkins, Git, and Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) • Good security practices for API development • Preferred qualifications: experience with Kubernetes and Spring Cloud; knowledge of Consul, Jira, and monitoring tools; experience working on large-scale projects, especially in the financial services sector; proactive self-development and a commitment to staying current with technology; participation in technical communities or open-source projects
