📋 Description
• Actively participate in the tender/bid process • Analyse tenders/bids to ensure client value for money • Assist in the preparation and agreement of final accounts • Create estimates and cost plans for key client developments • Oversee project spend by creating valuations and cost reports • Support the settlement of construction disputes/loss and expense claims with transparency
🎯 Requirements
• Degree in Quantity Surveying • 5+ years' QS or Cost Management experience • Consultancy or client-side experience highly desired • Extensive M&E or Data Centre experience • Chartered status, or working towards
