📋 Description

• Delight participants: You are their primary point of contact and ensure the course becomes a real success story — from first contact to completion • Be a problem solver: Whether organizational or interpersonal, you work with our teaching, product, and admin teams to find solutions that truly help • Maintain quality: You keep class records meticulously, monitor attendance and dropouts, and ensure everything runs smoothly • Mediate & facilitate: When things get tricky, you act as the bridge between participants and instructors — calm, clear, and empathetic • Support onboarding & offboarding: You warmly welcome new participants and ensure they finish their course with a positive experience

🎯 Requirements

• You hold a university degree and ideally bring 1–3 years of professional experience — e.g., in adult education, with training providers, project management, customer service, or similar fields • You are confident in both German and English — written and spoken • You enjoy interacting with people and handle difficult conversations with empathy • You stay composed under pressure and confidently navigate complex structures • You feel comfortable in an international environment and can adapt to different perspectives
