📋 Description
• Review, interpret, and draft contracts • Conduct thorough analyses of public notices and bid documents • Ensure compliance with applicable legislation and the company’s interests • Provide advisory and contentious legal services in the context of the firm’s corporate practice
🎯 Requirements
• Proven experience of at least 3 (three) years in contracts and public notices/bid documents • Ability to identify and mitigate contractual risks • Up-to-date knowledge of legislation applicable to contracts and public procurement processes • Strong communication and negotiation skills
