📋 Description

• Analyze client briefings and references and, based on them, develop creative 3D projects and rendered images; • Prepare cost estimates for construction and carpentry services; • Specify finishes (floor and wall coverings, sanitaryware, fixtures, lighting) and appliances; • Provide technical support to the client during the project development phase; • Prepare contract files, including: carpentry detailing, excluded items, and an updated final list of finishes; • Review the project together with the sales architect; • Deliver the final materials to the sales architect according to defined standards and deadlines; • Participate in the project presentation meeting with the internal team after contract signing.

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or related fields; • Proficiency in developing 3D projects; • Knowledge of carpentry detailing; • Experience specifying finishes and materials; • Experience with floor plans, including reading and developing DWG plans; • Experience estimating costs for construction and carpentry; • Proficiency with rendering tools.
