📋 Description

• Develop and detail executive construction and furniture projects with a high level of technical precision; • Analyze contractual information and review technical drawings produced after final apartment measurements to ensure correct coordination of information; • Quantify materials and anticipate the technical requirements of the construction site; • Define and specify plumbing, electrical points and other project infrastructure; • Detail joinery, niches and custom solutions, ensuring functionality and aesthetics; • Ensure designs are buildable on site, minimizing rework and waste; • Continuously evaluate the best balance between quality, cost and production feasibility; • Ensure compliance with technical regulations and internal standards; • Work collaboratively with involved teams to ensure smooth progression of project phases; • Analyze contractual information and the final measurements of the property to develop the executive construction package; • Ensure that all solutions are buildable on site, reducing rework and risks; • Prepare and organize the final delivery package for Engineering according to the established project workflow; • Continuously assess the technical, production and financial feasibility of proposals.

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in Architecture, Interior Design or related field; • Experience with AutoCAD; • Experience with PROMOB; • Familiarity with Revit; • Proficient in developing technical drawings/working plans; • Knowledge or experience in joinery/cabinetry projects and custom furniture detailing; • Experience specifying finishes and materials; • Experience with floor plans, reading and producing DWG drawings; • Experience working on construction sites and/or coordinating project designs with site execution.
