📋 Description

• Coordinate and track healthcare IT and clinical AI project delivery from kickoff through go-live • Maintain and update project plans, timelines, milestones, and resource trackers • Monitor progress, identify delays or bottlenecks, and escalate risks and issues • Coordinate cross-functional go-live readiness activities, testing checkpoints, and operational readiness criteria • Draft and distribute project status updates and go-live communications • Serve as a central point of contact among engineering, clinical, product, and client-facing teams • Schedule meetings, prepare agendas and pre-read materials, capture decisions and action items, and follow up with owners • Organize and maintain project repositories, templates, agreements, manuals, and reports with version control • Support dependency tracking across workstreams and maintain alignment with scope and timelines • Apply PMO processes and tools such as Jira and Confluence • Contribute to improvements in project tracking, documentation, and communication practices

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, healthcare administration, information technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience (required) • 2+ years of experience in project coordination, project support, or project management (required) • Preferably experience in healthcare, IT, software development, or biotechnology • Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, Asana, Trello, or equivalent (required) • Strong Microsoft Office and Google Workspace skills, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint (required) • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including synthesizing discussions into concise, actionable summaries (required) • Strong organization, prioritization, and attention to detail (required) • Ability to work independently and collaboratively across technical, clinical, and commercial stakeholders (required) • Preferred: CAPM, PMP, or active progress toward a project management credential • Preferred: Experience in an Agile or Scrum software development environment • Preferred: Familiarity with healthcare compliance, medical imaging, or clinical workflows • Follow data privacy, compliance, safety, confidentiality, employment, and company policy requirements • Ability to perform essential duties with or without reasonable accommodation
