📋 Description

• Coordinate and track healthcare IT and clinical AI project delivery from kickoff through go-live • Maintain and update project plans, timelines, milestones, and resource trackers • Monitor progress, identify delays or bottlenecks, and escalate risks and issues • Coordinate cross-functional go-live readiness activities, including pre-launch requirements, testing checkpoints, and operational readiness criteria • Draft and distribute project status updates and go-live communications • Serve as a central point of contact among engineering, clinical, product, and client-facing teams • Schedule meetings, prepare agendas and pre-read materials, capture decisions and action items, and follow up with owners • Organize and maintain project repositories, templates, agreements, manuals, and reports with version control • Track dependencies across workstreams and align delivery with agreed scope and timelines • Apply PMO processes and tools to maintain accurate and visible project status • Contribute to continuous improvement of project tracking, documentation, and communication practices

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, healthcare administration, information technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience (required) • 2+ years of experience in project coordination, project support, or project management, preferably in healthcare, IT, software development, or biotechnology (required) • Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Asana, Trello, or equivalent (required) • Strong Microsoft Office and Google Workspace skills, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint (required) • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to synthesize discussions into concise, actionable summaries (required) • Strong organization, prioritization, and attention to detail when managing multiple overlapping tasks and projects (required) • Ability to work independently and collaboratively across technical, clinical, and commercial stakeholders (required) • Familiarity with CAPM, PMP, or active progress toward a project management credential (preferred) • Experience in an Agile or Scrum software development environment (preferred) • Familiarity with healthcare compliance, medical imaging, or clinical workflows (preferred) • Ability to follow local, regional, and country employment laws • Ability to follow data privacy, compliance, safety, and confidentiality standards • Ability to perform essential duties with or without reasonable accommodation
