• Develop and maintain internal control guidelines, policies, and procedures for budget accounting, cash and credit management, administration, and related activities • Maintain and reconcile the accounting system, including oversight of accounts payable and accounts receivable operations • Assist the CFO with information and analysis required for budgets and financial forecasts • Prepare and present financial reports, performance information, and risk analyses • Provide management support on commercial and financial matters • Ensure compliance with applicable state and federal regulatory requirements and professional standards • Recommend benchmarks to measure and monitor business operational performance • Coordinate financial information and supporting documentation for external auditors during annual audits • Perform additional duties as assigned
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field • 1–3 years of Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and/or General Accounting experience • Practical knowledge of accounting operations, financial reporting, and financial data analysis • Experience supporting accounting processes, reconciliations, or financial documentation • Very proficient written and spoken English communication skills • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and advanced formulas • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Outlook, along with other commonly used Microsoft Office applications • Understanding of accounting regulations, procedures, and financial controls • Knowledge of payroll, accounts payable, and accounts receivable functions • Understanding of economic principles, financial markets, and banking • Understanding of financial data analysis and reporting • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy • Effective organization and prioritization • Ability to meet strict deadlines • Adaptability and effective collaboration
