📋 Description

• Listen to clients, understand their goals, and assist in creating creative solutions with high visual impact • Work closely with clients to integrate branding into the goals of partner brands • Lead and train other staff members to support growth and development • Communicate with staff members to ensure customer art and design needs are met • Lay out art proofs with customer logos to determine proper embroidery quality • Use computer systems to enter data or process information • Provide light customer service by responding to occasional emails • Perform other duties as requested

🎯 Requirements

• Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of design skills and creativity across different mediums • Able to give and receive constructive criticism • Strong understanding of design principles, visual composition, and details • Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and clients • Effective time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or related field • 1-3 years of proven experience as a Graphic Designer, or other relevant experience • Strong verbal, written, and English communication skills • Ability to work overnight/graveyard shifts in Philippine time or within US operating hours • Proficient in both Microsoft and Google applications • Desire to learn and possess artistic ability, with a basic fundamental understanding of design and color theory • Demonstrated abilities in people management, development, and workflow management • Proficient with Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and InDesign • Understanding of marketing, production, website design, corporate identity, product packaging, advertisements, and multimedia design • Ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities through organization and priority setting while meeting stringent deadlines • Passion for design and a keen eye for aesthetics, trends, and innovation in graphic design
