📋 Description

• Juridisch advies geven aan de business, de Raad van Bestuur en professionals van Human Resources, Recruitment en Casemanagement • Juridische advisering en praktische ondersteuning bieden binnen het brede spectrum van het arbeidsrecht • Ontwikkelingen in wetgeving en jurisprudentie volgen en vertalen naar beleid • Samenwerken met Legal Counsels en collega’s uit diverse disciplines • Modelcontracten, richtlijnen en beleid opstellen en onderhouden • Kennisoverdracht en legal awareness verhogen via trainingen en presentaties • Contact onderhouden met interne stakeholders en incidenteel samenwerken met externe partijen, zoals advocaten • Vanuit juridisch perspectief bijdragen aan de versterking van het merk Deloitte

🎯 Requirements

• Afgeronde studie (WO of HBO) Nederlands recht, bij voorkeur civiel- en/of bedrijfsrechtelijk • Minimaal 3 jaar relevante werkervaring als advocaat of bedrijfsjurist/legal counsel in het arbeidsrecht • Goede kennis van het arbeidsrecht • Uitstekende beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal in woord en geschrift • Proactief, analytisch sterk, onderzoekend en creatief • In staat complexe juridische vraagstukken te doorgronden en praktische oplossingen te formuleren • Onafhankelijk kunnen oordelen en overtuigend adviseren • Goede balans tussen beleid en pragmatisme • Teamplayer in een multidisciplinaire omgeving
