📋 Description

• Deliver client audit engagements • Understand client and Deloitte objectives and align work accordingly • Set personal priorities and take accountability for individual and team results • Collaborate with teams across businesses, borders, Greece, and abroad • Build relationships and communicate effectively with peers and stakeholders • Test SOX compliance • Audit private and public shipping companies using IFRS and US GAAP frameworks • Perform PCAOB and ISA audits • Develop personal knowledge and skills and share knowledge with team members • Seek opportunities for growth and challenge • Act as a Deloitte brand ambassador and uphold the firm's purpose and values

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 4–5 years of solid work experience in Audit, specializing in auditing private or public shipping companies reporting under IFRS or US GAAP • Holder of, or in the final stage of acquiring, a professional qualification (JES, AMP, SOEL, ACCA, ACA) • Strong technical and auditing skills • Good knowledge of IFRS and US GAAP • University degree in Accounting, Auditing, Finance, Economics, or Business Administration • Postgraduate qualification in a relevant area • Other academic background with quantitative skills and relevant experience may be considered • Excellent oral and written communication skills in Greek and English at proficiency level • Ability to work under pressure and maintain a professional demeanor • High level of discretion for confidential work and information • Strong organizational skills • Good interpersonal and supervisory skills • Ability to motivate and lead and work effectively within a team • Military obligations fulfilled, where applicable
