📋 Description

• Prepare VAT returns, JPK filings, and support ongoing tax compliance activities • Prepare regulatory reports and submissions for GUS and NBP • Participate in month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes • Support preparation of statutory financial statements • Prepare management reports, financial analyses, and business performance insights • Record and maintain accounting transactions while ensuring accuracy and completeness of financial data • Issue sales invoices and support related processes • Cooperate with external auditors during audits and financial statement reviews • Work closely with finance and business teams in the United States • Help transition accounting processes from an external accounting firm to the internal finance team • Identify opportunities for improvement and help design efficient accounting and reporting processes

🎯 Requirements

• Speaks Polish like a native • Several years of hands-on accounting experience • Practical experience with VAT, JPK reporting, and financial reporting requirements • Strong accounting expertise with a business-oriented mindset • Ability to take ownership and accountability for the area of responsibility • Comfort working in a dynamic and evolving environment • Confident communication in English • Advanced Excel skills • Comfortable working within Google Workspace, especially Google Sheets, Google Docs, and Google Drive • Experience with Enova365 is an advantage
