📋 Description

• Lead the delivery of commercial projects from definition through execution • Develop customer-focused solutions • Track outcomes, drive adoption, and continuously optimize initiatives • Coordinate across Sales, Marketing, and Service • Design consumer engagement initiatives within commercial operations

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in project management or transformation initiatives (preferably in healthcare/medtech) • Strong project management skills with a track record of delivering cross-functional initiatives with measurable impact • Good understanding of customer engagement and service models • Analytical mindset with experience tracking KPIs and optimizing performance • Ability to influence and collaborate across global cross-functional teams
