• Actively prospect dental practices, institutions, DSOs and dental laboratories • Rigorously apply sales strategies and achieve sales targets • Implement implant, peri-implant and prosthetic solutions, and provide first-class support to healthcare professionals • Prepare commercial offers/quotes • Maintain and follow up commercial relationships • Manage sales territory • Coordinate key account customers, DSOs and institutions • Manage KOLs and other influential third parties • Provide technical expertise and train teams • Demonstrate proven ability to build relationships with colleagues and customers • Grow sales and identify new growth opportunities • Master all phases of the sales cycle • Demonstrate expert knowledge of product ranges • Maintain general knowledge of other company products outside the areas of responsibility • Support customers by emphasizing clinical, technical and digital expertise • Act as a trainer and effectively transfer knowledge to professional audiences (clients and colleagues) • Demonstrate a deep understanding of the clinical environment and the dental market needs within the assigned territory
• Previous experience in medical devices or pharmaceuticals — dental experience is a strong plus • Proven track record in sales • Strong knowledge of sales techniques and the use of IT tools; proficient with CRM • Interest in high‑technology products • Excellent interpersonal skills with a strong customer focus • Strong listening skills and empathy • Good organizational and planning skills • Ability to work autonomously combined with a team spirit • Good communication skills in French; analytical ability • English proficiency at a minimum B1 level to understand oral and written communications • Expert negotiation skills • Ability to adapt to change
