📋 Description

• Advise agencies and distribution partners throughout Switzerland by telephone, primarily in French and, when necessary, in German • Actively sell package holidays as well as individual tailor-made bookings for the Kuoni, Helvetic Tours and Hotelplan brands • Process customer files and reservations • Collaborate regularly with suppliers and agents in travel destinations • Handle various administrative tasks, including preparing quotations

🎯 Requirements

• Completed basic commercial training • Additional training in travel consulting is preferred (e.g. a basic course in the travel industry) • Initial experience in the travel industry or strong sales ability as a career changer • Passion for travel, a sales-oriented mindset and excellent destination knowledge • Please attach a list of destinations visited, including the corresponding years • Strong customer-service orientation and enthusiasm for advising, selling and communicating with customers by telephone • Flexibility, initiative and an excellent team spirit • Extensive personal travel experience and enthusiasm for destinations around the world • Good language skills in German, French (language certificate or language stay) and English
