📋 Description

• Design, implement and optimize Microsoft 365 environments, including Exchange Online, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online and OneDrive • Plan and execute iCloud replacements or integrations using App Protection Policies and structured OneDrive migrations • Consult on information architecture, collaboration concepts and user adoption • Design and operate modern workplace solutions with Microsoft Intune • Implement Windows 11 rollouts, device strategies and security baselines • Create and maintain smartphone and device policies for iOS, Android and Windows • Design and implement Azure Virtual Desktop environments • Design and implement modern identity solutions with Microsoft Entra ID • Implement Conditional Access, MFA and Zero Trust principles • Migrate and decommission on-premises Active Directory environments • Establish governance policies and compliance controls for secure cloud environments • Optionally plan and implement Azure Landing Zones and support cloud transformation and hybrid scenarios • Provide technical leadership in projects and workshops in collaboration with customers, architects and internal teams

🎯 Requirements

• Several years of professional experience as a Microsoft Consultant, Cloud Architect, or in a comparable role • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft 365, Intune, Entra ID and Azure • Hands-on experience with Exchange Online, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, MDM/MAM concepts, mobile security, Azure Landing Zones, cloud governance, identity and security architectures, and Zero Trust • Experience migrating on-premises infrastructures to the cloud • Understanding of security, compliance and governance requirements • Structured, solution-oriented working style and strong customer orientation • Experience with technical leadership in projects and workshops with customers, architects and internal teams • German at least B2 level • English at least B2 level • Selected candidate must present an extract from the Criminal Register for inspection
