📋 Description
• Maintain SAP application components and functionalities to fulfil customer demands • Customize SAP applications, troubleshoot issues, and restore functionality • Provide technical and functional support for SAP modules • Manage certificates and PGP keys • Manage jobs, transport landscapes, SAP system/RFC connections, and system connections • Handle SAP Basis incidents and manage technical users and emergency processes • Administer Web Dispatcher, Cloud Connector, SAP email dispatch, system/profile parameters, and Landscape.xml where applicable • Manage SAP printers and support SAP license measurement where applicable • Issue developer and object keys • Support SAP application clients • Act as first point of contact for SAP system enquiries • Interface with SAP operations • Manage, configure, monitor, report on, and administer SAP Cloud (BTP) • Update and install third-party SAP add-ons • Handle transport and change management • Administer SAP clients, installation files, configuration data, testing, module tests, rollouts, SSO, and dependency management • Create and implement quality assurance measures, maintain documentation, and develop the operations manual • Support provider management for the SAP data center service provider and monitor SLA compliance • Assist with escalations in 2nd level support • Participate in SAP landscape projects, changes, system development, installations, infrastructure adjustments, and related technical initiatives • Support maintenance and system-change planning, monitoring, performance analysis, and optimization activities
🎯 Requirements
• SAP Certified Consultant – SAP S/4HANA System Administration certification • Extensive SAP Basis-specific customizing and broad technical expertise, including S/4HANA • Administrative and configuration experience in project and operational contexts is ideal • Familiarity with Linux and Windows operating systems • Familiarity with cloud environments, including SAP BTP • Knowledge of ITSM processes aligned with ITIL • Understanding of DevOps processes • Proficiency in SAP authorization management • Committed, reliable, and responsible approach to work • Strong communication skills • English and German language proficiency at least level B2 • Skills appreciated: OS and database release/version upgrades, reactive patches, SAP application maintenance planning, support packages, release upgrades, SAP Notes, dependency analysis, change management, testing, platform/infrastructure topics, monitoring, system optimization, and performance analysis
