📋 Description

• Manage events, incidents, problems, changes, configuration, capacity, releases, and service levels • Connect new partner sites • Administer and change the configuration of security equipment • Renew security equipment across different countries • Contribute to problem identification • Submit change requests to improve service quality and productivity • Identify and prioritize problems to minimize medium-term operational risks • Participate in risk analyses and assess the business impact associated with potential problems • Propose and manage the changes required to resolve problems • Assess non-standard changes in terms of risk, cost, timelines, and complexity, in collaboration with Carrefour Engineering • Automate testing of critical equipment during production releases ("string testing," VSR)

🎯 Requirements

• Experience with proxy, firewall, load-balancing, DNS, and VPN technologies • In-depth knowledge of SQUID, BLUECOAT, and SYMANTEC • Experience with F5 LTM and GTM • Knowledge of DNS principles and the ability to troubleshoot domain-related issues • Experience with ticketing systems such as CARE and RT • Engineering degree or master's degree in computer science, networking, cybersecurity, or a related field • At least 5 years of experience in a similar role • Strong written and spoken English skills • Relevant certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, or CISSP are a plus
