📋 Description
• Actively participate in all stages of the training program • Be available to attend the training program Monday through Friday, from 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. or from 6:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. • Take part in an interview with the People and Leadership Team • Participate in a group exercise and a factory tour
🎯 Requirements
• Minimum age of 18 • High school diploma • Reside in Itapetininga, São Paulo • Technical training or vocational courses will be considered an advantage • Comfortable using technology and computerized systems • Have a cellphone or computer with internet access • Opportunity exclusively for women
