📋 Description

• Manage commercial applications and associated integration teams • Provide technical leadership for Salesforce, Fluent Order Management, custom e-commerce, EDI, and Java-based microservices • Perform line management duties, including recruitment, goal setting, and performance management • Coordinate tasks for Technical Delivery teams and third-party development partners • Coordinate project deliverables with managers and leads of global shared teams • Support incident and request resolution SLAs with the Production Support Manager • Provision application development capability throughout project lifecycles • Provide defect management support for incidents, enhancements, and project test cycles • Support production releases • Ensure environments for all workstreams are effectively managed • Represent EMEA business and regional IT needs with global technical architecture teams • Ensure compliance with global IT policies, standards, and processes • Ensure technical documentation is current and effectively managed • Manage project, small change, and production support demand in line with business priorities

🎯 Requirements

• Strong understanding of Order to Cash (O2C) processing, including Salesforce integrations with downstream order management systems and e-commerce • Prior hands-on technical experience as a developer, integration engineer, or solutions architect • Minimum 5 years’ experience managing applications and/or integrations teams • Hands-on experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud in configuration, integrations, or development • Line management experience including recruitment, performance management, and talent development • Comprehensive knowledge of Waterfall, Agile, and Hybrid SDLC processes • Vendor management experience, including Statements of Work, budgeting, and invoicing • Exposure to Salesforce Sales Cloud and Oracle Fusion • Experience with IT application support processes (ITIL) • Excellent written/oral communication and relationship management skills • Ability to work flexibly in a demanding, fast-paced environment • Experience working in a global setting with multidisciplinary teams across multiple time zones • Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline • Typically 8–12 years of industry experience • 2–5 years of previous management or lead experience • Willingness to travel up to 10%
