📋 Description

• Design and develop AI-driven systems to optimize GTM workflows • Engineer data signals to identify purchase intent, expansion opportunities, and churn risk • Build and maintain data pipelines and backend services for GTM automation • Rapidly prototype and scale AI concepts into production features • Collaborate directly with stakeholders to address operational challenges • Contribute to Dext’s proprietary AI agent platform • Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing to drive business impact with actionable AI insights and streamlined processes

🎯 Requirements

• Applicants must currently reside in Bulgaria • Valid authorization to work in Bulgaria • Dext does not sponsor visas or work permits for this position • Proficiency with AI-assisted development environments (Cursor, Claude Code) • Experience with LLM API integration (OpenAI, Anthropic) • End-to-end full-stack development using Next.js, React, TypeScript, Python, FastAPI, and SQL • Strong data pipeline skills • Comfortable with structured data • Ability to iterate from prototype to stable, scalable product • Pragmatic, solution-oriented, and proactive mindset • Valid Bulgarian ID card or long-term/permanent residence permit for Bulgaria
