📋 Description

• Support customers and the sales team in designing modern cloud solutions in the Salesforce and CCaaS space • Work at the intersection of sales, architecture, and delivery • Take an active role in customer projects and guide customers from technical discovery through implementation • Provide technical support to Sales during proposal processes and requests for proposals (RFPs) • Conduct technical discovery sessions to analyze customer requirements • Create and develop solution concepts for CCaaS and Salesforce use cases • Plan and deliver customer-specific demos • Contribute to proof-of-concepts (PoCs) and, where applicable, hackathons • Support effort estimations and technical sections of proposals • Provide functional and technical support during implementation in collaboration with Solution Architects and Delivery • Maintain Salesforce Opportunities from a technical pre-sales perspective • Contribute to the standardization and further development of the solution portfolio • Monitor market and technology trends in the CCaaS and Salesforce space

🎯 Requirements

• Several years of experience with CCaaS solutions, such as Genesys Cloud, Vonage, Aircall, or comparable cloud telephony platforms • Excellent understanding of contact center processes and architectures • Experience in technical pre-sales or customer-facing technical roles • Excellent written and spoken German and English • Experience with Salesforce, ideally Agentforce Service, Agentforce Sales, Data 360, or other Salesforce solutions • Basic understanding of cloud architectures, integrations, and APIs • Basic understanding of surrounding systems, such as CRM, ERP, Microsoft Teams, and data platforms • Experience presenting and facilitating workshops and demos
