📋 Description

• Support customers and the sales team in designing modern cloud solutions in the Salesforce and CCaaS environment • Work at the interface between sales, architecture and delivery • Support customers from the initial technical discovery through to implementation • Provide technical support to Sales in proposal processes and tenders (RFPs) • Conduct technical discovery sessions to analyze customer requirements • Develop and document solution concepts for CCaaS and Salesforce scenarios • Plan and deliver customer-specific demos • Participate in proof-of-concepts (PoCs) and, if applicable, hackathons • Assist with effort estimations and technical components of proposals • Actively contribute to customer projects and provide functional and technical support for implementations together with Solution Architects and Delivery • Maintain Salesforce opportunities from a technical pre-sales perspective • Contribute to the standardization and further development of the solution portfolio • Monitor market and technology trends in the CCaaS and Salesforce domain

🎯 Requirements

• Several years of experience with CCaaS solutions, e.g., Genesys Cloud, Vonage, Aircall or comparable cloud telephony platforms • Strong understanding of contact center processes and architectures • Experience in technical pre-sales or customer-facing technical roles • Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken • Experience with Salesforce, ideally Agentforce Service, Agentforce Sales, Data 360 or other Salesforce products • Basic understanding of cloud architectures, integrations and APIs • Basic understanding of surrounding systems, e.g., CRM, ERP, Microsoft Teams and data platforms • Presentation and facilitation experience, especially for workshops and demos
