📋 Description

• Become familiar with the practices and procedures of a Field Service Technician • Use diagnostic tools to troubleshoot hardware and software failures • Perform component-level hardware repairs • Clean and adjust mechanical components • Configure and install applicable software • Perform preventive maintenance and routine checks • Replenish consumables according to instructions • Install, move, add, change, and remove hardware and software products (IMAC/R) • Instruct and train customers on the use and operation of installed hardware and software • Participate in regular hardware and software training • Participate in implementing measures to achieve agreed KPIs • Assist with special projects as assigned • Install, debug, and technically maintain hardware and software, primarily at customer sites • Perform scheduled inspections, cleaning, and minor repairs • Inspect products, troubleshoot issues, or escalate requests to higher support levels • Schedule services, complete documentation, and interact with customers to ensure their satisfaction

🎯 Requirements

• Completed technical education (required) in Electronics, Electrical Engineering Technology, or a related field • Previous relevant experience as a Field Service Technician • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Valid driver's license and driving record meeting DN fleet requirements • Active CFT registration (required), with an active CFT Professional Identity Card • Reside in Barreiras, Bahia
