📋 Description

• Installs, performs technical maintenance, and debugs hardware and software of products and components, mainly at customer sites • Carries out scheduled inspections, cleaning, other services, and minor repairs on products within an assigned area • Verifies correct product operation, troubleshoots issues, or escalates them according to established procedures • Schedules services and completes required documentation • Works with customers to ensure their satisfaction and understanding of product functionality • Uses diagnostic tools to analyze hardware and software failures • Performs component-level hardware repairs • Cleans and adjusts mechanical components • Configures and installs applicable software • Performs preventive maintenance and routine checks following documented procedures • Replenishes consumables • Executes installations, moves, adds, changes, and removals of hardware and software products (IMAC/R) • Instructs and trains customers on the use and operation of installed hardware and software • Participates in regular hardware and software training • Participates in implementing measures to achieve agreed KPIs • Assists with special projects as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Technical degree in Electrotechnics, Electronics, or related fields • Experience in field maintenance and repair services, preferably with ATMs or banking automation • Good written and verbal communication skills • Active CFT registration (Regional Technical Council) • Reside in Guarujá, Cubatão, or Santos with easy access to the region and coastline • Valid Brazilian driver's license (CNH category B) • Own vehicle • Availability to start immediately
