📋 Description
• Provide consultative support to customers interested in new (0 km) vehicles listed on the platform. • Act as a consultant, answering questions about cars, trims/versions, and offers. • Qualify leads and direct interested customers to the dealerships. • Organize and manage a client portfolio, ensuring follow-up and progression through the purchasing journey. • Record information and next steps in the system/CRM to maintain service history and organization.
🎯 Requirements
• High school diploma. • Strong written and verbal communication skills (clear and concise). • Advanced knowledge of the automotive sector (models, trims/versions, differentiators, and the new-vehicle market). • Own laptop required.
