📋 Description

• Design, build, and maintain cloud infrastructure for client and internal projects • Develop and optimize CI/CD pipelines for reliable and fast deployments • Implement monitoring, alerting, and logging systems • Collaborate with engineering teams to define infrastructure needs and ensure seamless delivery • Improve reliability, scalability, and security through DevOps practices and automation • Participate in architecture discussions and shape infrastructure strategy for client products • Troubleshoot production issues and drive incident resolution • Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and cost optimization • Collaborate directly with clients to understand operational challenges and deliver practical, secure, maintainable DevOps solutions

🎯 Requirements

• Strong experience with at least one major cloud provider (AWS or Azure) • Proficiency in infrastructure-as-code (Terraform or equivalent) • Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps, or similar) • Solid understanding of containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes or ECS/AKS) • Ability to set up monitoring/observability stacks (Prometheus, Grafana, CloudWatch, ELK, etc.) • Familiarity with networking, security best practices, and scalable distributed systems • Experience diagnosing performance, reliability, and deployment issues in production environments • Excellent spoken and written English; comfortable working with international clients • Consulting mindset and ability to translate business context into infrastructure choices • Clear communication skills for explaining trade-offs to non-technical stakeholders • Proactive, organized, and able to work across multiple projects and priorities • Calm under pressure, structured in incident analysis, and focused on long-term reliability • Polish business entity able to invoice B2B, or willingness to set one up before starting • Ability to work on your own computer • Ability to work during a 3–7 pm overlap • Full-time commitment may be selected in the application form
