📋 Description

• Oversee the design, architecture, and development of Android applications • Collaborate with stakeholders to align development with business goals • Mentor and lead a team of Android developers, providing technical guidance and support • Optimize application performance and ensure a high standard of code quality • Participate in client discussions and provide technical expertise to aid in decision-making • Work for foreign clients in English

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in Android development, with proven leadership experience • Expert proficiency in Kotlin, Java, and Android SDK • Strong background in architectural patterns, dependency injection, and unit testing • Experience with CI/CD tools and automated testing frameworks • Exceptional communication skills in English, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders • Ability to work on your own computer • Polish business entity that can invoice B2B, or willingness to set one up before starting • Ability to work in a 3 to 7 pm overlap • Role is on a contract basis
