📋 Description

• Own full accountability for multi-workstream program delivery, quality, budget, and timelines • Build executive-level relationships with Director, VP, and C-suite stakeholders • Lead steering committees and QBRs • Serve as the primary escalation point • De-escalate difficult situations and drive credible recovery plans • Establish governance cadences, KPIs, RAID logs, and decision logs • Coordinate PMs, Tech Leads, and Designers across squads • Unblock dependencies and enforce priorities • Shape SOWs and change requests while protecting scope and margin • Translate business goals into delivery roadmaps and prioritized portfolios • Produce concise, decision-oriented executive updates • Run senior-level meetings • Expand strategic client relationships through thoughtful upsell and cross-sell

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in program, delivery, or engagement management for digital products or platforms with Western clients (UK, US, DACH, Nordics) • Proven experience leading high-stakes delivery escalations with VP/C-level stakeholders • Experience managing multi-team, high-value programs or portfolios end-to-end, including budgets, dependencies, and risk • Calm, structured, and credible executive presence under pressure • Hands-on experience with SOWs, scope negotiation, and change requests • Strong governance mindset and experience with Agile/Lean delivery at scale • Experience with delivery tooling such as Jira and Confluence • Fluent English at C1/C2 level • Ability to work across time zones, cultures, and communication styles • 12+ months lived and worked in an English-speaking or Western European country • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), data, and modern product engineering is a plus • PSM/PSPO, PMP, PRINCE2, or SAFe certifications are useful but not required • Polish business entity able to invoice B2B, or willingness to set one up before starting • Must currently live in Poland • Must be able to work on your own computer
