📋 Description

• Design and implement scalable Salesforce architectures aligned with business requirements • Lead technical strategy, integrations, and customization of Salesforce platforms • Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions • Oversee and guide developers and consultants implementing Salesforce solutions • Ensure system scalability, performance, and adherence to best practices • Stay up to date with Salesforce innovations and assess their potential for integration

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience as a Salesforce Architect or in a similar role • Deep knowledge of Salesforce platform, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud • Expertise in Apex, Visualforce, LWC, and Salesforce APIs (REST/SOAP) • Strong experience with system integrations and middleware solutions • Salesforce certifications (e.g., Application Architect, System Architect) are a must • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities • Strong communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders • Leadership capabilities and experience guiding technical teams • Process-oriented focus on delivering high-quality solutions • Availability for a 4-hour overlap between 15:00 and 19:00 Poland time • Comfortable leading workshops with clients in English • Currently living in Poland
