📋 Description

• Lead workshops with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements • Map business processes and customer journeys • Translate requirements into clear user stories • Configure and customize Salesforce, including flows, permission sets, custom objects, and fields • Manage sharing and visibility settings according to business needs • Provide ongoing support and recommendations during implementation

🎯 Requirements

• Strong understanding of business processes and CRM best practices • Proven experience in Salesforce configuration and declarative development, including flows, permission sets, custom objects, and fields • Expertise in sharing and visibility management • Ability to communicate and collaborate with diverse stakeholders • Experience leading workshops and facilitating requirement-gathering sessions • Excellent English communication skills, written and verbal • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, team-oriented approach • Ability to work remotely and overlap from 15:00 to 19:00 Poland time for 4 hours • Polish business entity able to invoice B2B, or willingness to establish one before starting • Ability to work on own computer
