📋 Description

• Own and deliver the comprehensive Testing and AI Validation Strategy • Define functional, E2E, integration, regression, and UAT testing approaches • Address non-functional requirements and align testing with standards such as GDPR, HIPAA, and HITRUST • Define validation plans, correctness criteria, success thresholds, and evaluation methods for AI components • Handle AI hallucinations and grounding rules • Plan test environments across Dev, Test, and Prod • Define test data strategy for standard scenarios, edge cases, and ingestion failures • Execute functional, regression, exploratory, performance, and load tests • Coordinate joint end-to-end validation with the client team for Salesforce integration • Integrate testing activities into the CI/CD pipeline • Manage Jira test case structures aligned with user stories and acceptance criteria • Report QA metrics, including defect ratios • Validate a data validation and automation engine processing structured and unstructured inputs • Collaborate with the client on a regulated AI and Salesforce integration project

🎯 Requirements

• Fluent English • Experience defining end-to-end testing strategies for complex solutions • Experience designing and executing E2E tests for complex, integrated systems using modern testing technology • Proven ability to validate AI models • Experience managing test data across Dev/Test/Prod environments • Traceability linking requirements → test cases → evidence → defects → release decisions • Experience testing non-functional requirements, including performance, reliability, auditability, and security basics • Strong understanding of privacy and sensitive data handling, including PII/PHI minimization and masking/anonymization • Hands-on automation experience with at least one strong stack, such as Python, Java, or JavaScript with pytest/JUnit or similar frameworks • Ability to track and report QA metrics, including defect ratios • Good written and verbal communication skills • Jira proficiency • Full-time availability with overlap from 14:00–18:00 for collaboration with a USA-based client • Familiarity with AWS platform • ISTQB or similar certification • Previous experience in fast-paced consulting or client-facing projects
