📋 Description

• Translate business goals and user needs into UX strategies, user flows, information architecture, and interaction models • Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI for web and mobile applications from concept to delivery • Facilitate discovery workshops with stakeholders • Plan and conduct UX research, including interviews, surveys, usability testing, and competitive analysis • Synthesize research findings into actionable insights • Design consistent, accessible, and inclusive interfaces • Build, maintain, and scale design systems across products and teams • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Delivery teams on feasibility, clarity, and implementation quality • Prepare handoffs including specifications, annotations, user-story support, edge cases, and responsive/adaptive behavior • Use analytics, user feedback, and testing to iterate and improve product experiences • Present and defend design decisions to clients and internal stakeholders, explaining trade-offs, risks, and rationale • Shape digital transformation projects and products used by international client companies

🎯 Requirements

• Strong experience in UI/UX / Product Design with a portfolio showing end-to-end work • Proficiency in Figma, including components, auto layout, and prototyping • Strong UX fundamentals: user flows, information architecture, interaction design, usability heuristics, and responsive design • Experience conducting and/or supporting UX research and validation • Experience creating and maintaining design systems • Ability to collaborate with developers on handoffs, constraints, and QA feedback • Basic understanding of technical feasibility • Familiarity with accessibility principles and inclusive design • Excellent spoken and written English • Consulting mindset and ability to understand business context • Strong business orientation and ability to connect design decisions to KPIs, adoption, conversion, retention, efficiency, cost, and risk • Clear communication and stakeholder alignment skills • Proactive, organized, and comfortable working across multiple projects and priorities • Comfortable giving and receiving feedback, iterating quickly, and documenting decisions • Experience with complex B2B tools, analytics and experimentation, workshop facilitation, UX writing/content design, or international teams/clients is a plus • Polish business entity able to invoice B2B, or willingness to set one up before starting • Ability to work on your own computer • Availability for a 3–7 pm overlap with western-country clients • Portfolio link and product-outcome case studies
