📋 Description
• Transform raw footage, ideas, and scripts into high-performing, story-driven ad creatives • Collaborate closely with creative strategists, graphic designers, and performance marketers • Produce videos that deliver measurable results
🎯 Requirements
• Proven experience as a video editor (mid-level or senior), ideally in a performance-focused agency or fast-paced creative team • Proficiency in Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, plus experience with Runway, Gemini, or other AI-based tools • Strong understanding of UGC-style ads, direct response storytelling, and platform-specific formats for Meta & TikTok • Skilled in building hooks, retention structures, and using motion graphics to enhance performance • Able to translate briefs into impactful video concepts with clear messaging and measurable goals • Detail-oriented, fast, and reliable — thrive under tight deadlines and take ownership of your work • Love collaboration and constructive feedback to keep improving every edit • Fluent in German & English
