• Process and service mortgage loans and bridge loans: setting up new loans, verifying documentation, inputting borrower information, and monitoring conditions and timelines. • Coordinate with Client internal teams, third-party vendors, and US client contacts via email and telephone to provide updates and gather required information. • Maintain loan files in the systems and ensure data accuracy, completeness, and compliance with investor/institution guidelines. • Perform data entry tasks with high accuracy, including typing borrower details, uploading documents, tracking statuses, and updating spreadsheets and internal reporting. • Use Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint to prepare reports, presentations, and documentation for the US client and internal stakeholders. • Respond to and log inbound client calls, perform outbound calls as required for follow-up, clarifications, document collection, and status updates. • Work night shifts to align with US time zones and maintain strong productivity, accurate output, adherence to SLAs, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. • Assist in ad-hoc projects, process improvement initiatives, and cross-functional work as required by management.
• Bachelor's degree (preferably in Finance, Business, IT, Commerce, or a related field) or strong academic background. • Proven proficiency in Microsoft Office suite: Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables, charts), Word, and PowerPoint. • Excellent typing skills and data-entry accuracy (attention to detail, minimal error rate). • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (able to handle US-client interactions, telephone calls, and professional email communication). • Familiarity or strong interest to learn quickly in mortgage loan servicing and processing domain, including new loan set-up, documentation, escrow, payoffs, etc. • Understanding or willingness to learn about bridge loan processing (short-term loans bridging to permanent financing). • Ability to work night shift schedule, meet deadlines, multitask, prioritize effectively, and maintain a high level of accuracy under pressure. • Strong organizational skills, process-driven mindset, ability to follow checklists and standard operating procedures. • Good interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate across teams and with external partners.
