âą Act as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring a seamless and positive sales experience. âą Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. âą Proactively identify and address customer concerns, offering timely and effective resolutions. âą Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute sales strategies, ensuring alignment with company goals. âą Conduct thorough needs assessments and provide accurate product recommendations to meet customer requirements. âą Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay updated with industry trends to offer informed advice. âą Generate and qualify sales leads, converting them into successful transactions. âą Manage the sales pipeline, ensuring efficient progress and timely closure of deals. âą Provide regular feedback and insights to the sales team, contributing to continuous improvement. âą Ensure compliance with sales processes and company policies, maintaining a professional and ethical approach.
âą Graduation in a relevant field, preferably in Business, Sales, or Marketing. âą Minimum 6 months of experience in a sales role, demonstrating a track record of success. âą Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach. âą Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset to overcome sales challenges. âą Ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers, fostering long-term relationships. âą Proficiency in using CRM systems and sales tools to manage and track sales activities. âą Analytical skills to interpret sales data and provide insights for strategic decision-making. âą A results-driven attitude with a passion for achieving sales targets and exceeding customer expectations. âą Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. âą A team player with a collaborative spirit, willing to contribute to a positive work environment.
