📋 Description

‱ Act as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring a seamless and positive sales experience. ‱ Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. ‱ Proactively identify and address customer concerns, offering timely and effective resolutions. ‱ Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute sales strategies, ensuring alignment with company goals. ‱ Conduct thorough needs assessments and provide accurate product recommendations to meet customer requirements. ‱ Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay updated with industry trends to offer informed advice. ‱ Generate and qualify sales leads, converting them into successful transactions. ‱ Manage the sales pipeline, ensuring efficient progress and timely closure of deals. ‱ Provide regular feedback and insights to the sales team, contributing to continuous improvement. ‱ Ensure compliance with sales processes and company policies, maintaining a professional and ethical approach.

🎯 Requirements

‱ Graduation in a relevant field, preferably in Business, Sales, or Marketing. ‱ Minimum 6 months of experience in a sales role, demonstrating a track record of success. ‱ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach. ‱ Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset to overcome sales challenges. ‱ Ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers, fostering long-term relationships. ‱ Proficiency in using CRM systems and sales tools to manage and track sales activities. ‱ Analytical skills to interpret sales data and provide insights for strategic decision-making. ‱ A results-driven attitude with a passion for achieving sales targets and exceeding customer expectations. ‱ Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. ‱ A team player with a collaborative spirit, willing to contribute to a positive work environment.
