• Visit courts and attend legal proceedings as required. • Maintain and update legal records and databases. • Research and analyze legal issues and provide recommendations. • Prepare and review legal documents, contracts, and agreements. • Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations. • Provide legal advice and support to the Collections team. • Collaborate with other departments to address legal concerns. • Monitor and stay updated on changes in legislation. • Handle and resolve legal disputes and claims. • Assist in developing and implementing legal strategies.
• Bachelor's degree in Law or a related field. • Licensed to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction. • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a legal role. • Strong knowledge of legal principles and procedures. • Excellent research and analytical skills. • Proficient in legal writing and drafting. • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Attention to detail and strong organizational abilities. • Proficiency in legal software and databases.
