📋 Description

• Conduct thorough quality assessments and audits to identify areas for improvement. • Develop and implement quality control procedures and standards. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure process alignment and consistency. • Provide constructive feedback and recommendations to enhance overall quality. • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify trends and areas of concern. • Stay updated with industry best practices and regulations, ensuring compliance. • Train and mentor team members on quality assurance practices and techniques. • Document and report quality-related issues and suggest appropriate solutions. • Ensure timely resolution of quality-related customer inquiries and complaints.

🎯 Requirements

• DRA certification is mandatory. • Local residence and valid identity proof are required. • Collection experience is essential, with BFSI collection being an added advantage. • Proficiency in Excel and other relevant software tools for data analysis. • Strong knowledge of Tamil, Telugu, Hindi, and Kannada languages is a must. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration. • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. • Analytical mindset with a problem-solving approach to quality assurance. • Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards. • Minimum [insert years] of experience in a similar quality analyst role.
