📋 Description

• Lead and motivate a team of WFM professionals, fostering a positive and productive work environment. • Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficient workflow and timely completion of tasks. • Monitor and analyze team performance, providing feedback and coaching to enhance productivity. • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and ensure alignment with business goals. • Handle client escalations and provide timely resolutions, maintaining strong client relationships. • Implement process improvements and best practices to enhance team efficiency. • Conduct regular team meetings, providing updates, and facilitating open communication. • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, maintaining high standards of quality. • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices, sharing knowledge with the team.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field, with a minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role. • Proven experience in team handling and strong leadership skills. • In-depth knowledge of collection or retention processes in a BPO environment. • Excellent client handling skills and a track record of successful client interactions. • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on process optimization. • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and lead a team. • Proficiency in using WFM tools and technologies for efficient workflow management. • Ability to work independently and make informed decisions under pressure. • Willingness to stay updated on industry trends and best practices. • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
