📋 Description

• Deliver network and security projects across the Cisco portfolio, including Meraki and Catalyst environments • Design, implement, and support routing and switching, wireless, SD-WAN, and security solutions • Monitor support queues and manage incidents through to resolution • Troubleshoot customer network environments and provide business-as-usual operational support • Build and maintain customer relationships through clear, professional communication • Collaborate with internal teams to improve documentation, troubleshooting guides, and operational standards • Use AI tools such as Claude, Copilot, and similar platforms to enhance day-to-day workflows • Contribute to automation and AI initiatives, including API integrations, tooling, and workflow improvements • Develop reusable troubleshooting and operational documentation for customers and internal teams • Contribute to customer satisfaction, project delivery, operational improvements, automation initiatives, and broader team capability uplift

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in network engineering or network support roles • Previous experience working within an Australian MSP environment • Strong networking knowledge across routing and switching, wireless, SD-WAN, and security technologies • Hands-on experience with Cisco technologies, particularly Cisco Meraki and Catalyst solutions • Experience designing, implementing, configuring, and supporting network solutions across customer environments • CCNA certification • Ability to work autonomously, take ownership of technical issues, and deliver solutions with minimal supervision • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Strong prioritisation and time-management skills • Ability to work autonomously in a remote environment • Practical problem-solving mindset • Comfort operating in evolving environments with ambiguity and changing priorities • Proactive internal communication and collaboration • CCNP certification or equivalent (nice to have) • Cisco certifications such as DevNet Associate or other relevant certifications (nice to have) • Experience with Python, Ansible, REST APIs, Terraform, or Git (nice to have) • Exposure to AI tools and AI-assisted technical workflows (nice to have) • Experience with voice networking technologies (nice to have) • Familiarity with infrastructure-as-code concepts and automation-first operational models (nice to have)
