📋 Description
• Support the IT team in managing inventory, including tracking hardware and software assets. • Assist with adding/removing new users to platforms such as Google Workspace, Krisp, Zoom, Slack, and LastPass. • Handle IT tickets, including password resets, app installations, and adding/removing users in Slack channels. • Prioritize and route tickets to the appropriate team members (Finance, IT Manager, or self) as needed. • Assist in creating and updating how-to guides and IT documentation on the Notion IT page. • Create shipping labels for IT-related shipments as required. • Provide general administrative assistance to the IT team as needed.
🎯 Requirements
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. • Basic understanding of IT systems and tools (e.g., Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom). • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively. • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. • Familiarity with ticketing systems and knowledge base platforms (e.g., Notion) is a plus. • Are you legally authorized to work in Mexico? • Do you currently reside in Mexico?
