📋 Description

• Prepare, generate, and process invoices to ensure timely delivery • Reconcile invoices, payments, and financial records across accounts and systems • Maintain accurate partner legal and financial information and validate banking details • Serve as primary finance contact for partners in new markets, including Mexico and Colombia • Respond to finance-related partner inquiries • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve invoicing and payment issues • Analyze internal invoicing data to improve financial reporting and invoicing accuracy • Assist with urgent team tasks and prioritize effectively • Manage partner credit limits and early prepayment arrangements • Contribute to team growth and support daily accounting and payment processes for LATAM • Optimize finance processes to improve operational efficiency

🎯 Requirements

• 6 years of experience focused on financial operations and payment processing • Foundational understanding of accounting principles • Familiarity with MRFS, NIF, and IFRS • Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets, including advanced formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis • Familiarity with SQL and PostgreSQL • Knowledge of Payment Service Providers preferred • Understanding of financial controlling processes preferred • Experience with ERP systems such as DATEV, NetSuite, Xero, SAP, or Microsoft Dynamics preferred • Business Spanish proficiency is a plus • Application must be submitted in English • Must be legally authorized to work in the country listed in the role description, or require visa support
