📋 Description

• Lead month-end close and accounting operations • Manage accounts receivable, reconciliations, and financial reporting • Review transactions from Shopify, Stripe, Amazon, and TikTok Shop • Analyze financial data and prepare reports • Drive process improvements and automation initiatives • Manage and mentor accounting team members • Partner with leadership on financial strategy and planning

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field • 5+ years of accounting experience • Previous leadership experience (Accounting Manager, Supervisor, Senior Accountant, or similar) • Strong e-commerce accounting experience (MUST) • Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, Power Query) • Experience with financial reporting, reconciliations, and month-end close • Advanced/Fluent English
