📋 Description

• Guarantee the reliability and security of our cloud infrastructures to support the success of our partners. • Maintain and evolve Terraform modules on a multi-tenant architecture (AWS). • Manage provisioning of new client environments. • Ensure preventive and corrective maintenance of existing clusters. • Act as the technical driver for ISO 27001 and SWIFT CSP compliance. • Optimize monitoring, backup management (HA), patching, and cloud cost reduction. • Administer Azure AD, manage the workstation fleet, and provide day-to-day user support.

🎯 Requirements

• 1. Role objective: Strengthen the DevOps team to absorb growth in the client pipeline (deployments, reliability, security) and structure internal IT support. • 2. Main responsibilities: Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Maintain and evolve Terraform modules on a multi-tenant architecture (AWS). • Operations & Deployments: Manage provisioning of new client environments and ensure preventive and corrective maintenance of existing clusters. • Security & Compliance: Act as the technical driver for ISO 27001 and SWIFT CSP compliance. • Reliability & Run: Optimize monitoring, backup management (HA), patching, and cloud cost reduction. • IT Management & Support (the "30%" portion): Administer Azure AD, manage the workstation fleet (technical onboarding/offboarding), and provide pragmatic day-to-day user support. • 3. Expected skills: Technical: Strong command of the AWS stack, Terraform, Linux, and cluster management. • Expertise in high-availability and backup strategies. • 4. Compliance: Experience with or strong awareness of security frameworks is essential. • 5. Mission plan (30-60-90 days): 30 days: Familiarize with the current Terraform architecture and independently manage IT onboarding for new employees. • 60 days: Actively participate in ISO 27001 remediation projects and execute the first deployments of new client environments. • 90 days: Full autonomy over the infrastructure scope, and propose optimizations for monitoring and backup strategy. • 6. What the role is NOT: A "Lead" or pure "Architect" role. Not a traditional pure "Sysadmin" position.
