📋 Description

• Build reliable, scalable systems with real human impact for patients, doctors, clinics, and healthcare systems • Work on marketplace and search, practice management systems, AI-powered clinical tools, or patient and data integrations • Own product surfaces end-to-end in small autonomous teams • Design, implement, and ship features that solve real user problems • Deliver production impact early, even as a junior engineer • Use AI-assisted development as a default workflow • Contribute across different services and teams in an open-source internal culture • Collaborate cross-functionally from feature conception through deployment • Maintain and share living documentation • Engage with users, understand their needs, and iterate on solutions

🎯 Requirements

• Strong foundations in computer science • Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, complexity, and core software engineering principles • Ability to build real software • Comfortable working across the stack to design, implement, and ship features • Strong problem-solving skills • Builder mindset and ownership of outcomes • Curiosity about users and their needs • High learning velocity • AI-first engineering mindset; experience with AI coding tools, agents, and new workflows • Preferred: academic background in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or another rigorous technical discipline • Preferred: competitive programming experience • Preferred: side projects, startups, open-source contributions, hackathons, or shipped products • Preferred: collaborative development, continuous delivery, observability, and AI-assisted development practices • Candidates must be located in Spain or Poland with permission to work, or require visa sponsorship • English proficiency is assessed in the application
