📋 Description

• Own and run EKS clusters behind Turkish products, including node lifecycle, upgrades, autoscaling, resource policy, networking, deployment and observability • Plan and execute migration of relational databases from RDS to databases on EKS using a Kubernetes operator • Manage replication, cutover with tested rollback, backups, point-in-time recovery to S3 and monitoring • Move applications, data plane and surrounding services to the Turkish platform • Operate the platform supporting Ministry of Health certification and provide compliance evidence • Maintain high availability and autoscaling for PHP, .NET and Node.js workloads • Deliver through GitOps with Argo CD, including rolling, blue-green and canary deployments and environment promotion • Design and debug ingress, cross-cluster and cross-VPC networking, and controlled egress to Ministry systems • Build Datadog observability, including SLOs, actionable alerts, APM, database monitoring and audit-grade logging • Operate migrated databases, including failover, upgrades, storage performance, capacity and incident response • Automate with infrastructure as code and maintain cost awareness • Collaborate with Practice Adoption engineers, the local compliance team and the global Core Platform team

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years operating production infrastructure • Kubernetes expertise, including running stateless and stateful workloads in production • Experience running at least one real Kubernetes operator in production • In-depth AWS experience, including EKS, networking, storage, identity, multi-AZ design and cost awareness, or similar cloud experience • Experience with workload and cluster autoscaling, such as KEDA or Karpenter • Experience with GitOps, such as Argo CD or Flux, and deployment strategies • Networking knowledge, including services, ingress, network policies and cross-cluster communication • Observability experience with Datadog, Prometheus and Grafana, including SLOs, actionable alerts, application and database monitoring • Practical security experience with encryption in transit and at rest, secrets management and privileged access to clusters and databases • Comfortable operating relational databases • Daily use of AI coding tools such as Cursor or Claude Code, with ownership of every line and manifest shipped • Professional English (B2+) and native Turkish • Strong plus: relational databases on Kubernetes through an operator and database migrations • Strong plus: disaster recovery design, including RPO, RTO, backup verification and restore drills • Strong plus: infrastructure evidence supplied in an ISO 27001, SOC 2 or health-sector audit • Strong plus: data residency constraints and AWS Local Zones • Strong plus: telehealth media infrastructure, including WebRTC, TURN and SFU scaling • Strong plus: prior contact with Turkish regulators or Ministry systems
