📋 Description

• Manage the full sales cycle, from initial contact through to closing; • Conduct commercial meetings with healthcare professionals, understanding their needs and presenting Doctoralia solutions; • Meet monthly sales and conversion targets; • Keep the CRM updated with all relevant information about prospects and opportunities; • Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Customer Success, Product) to optimize the sales process and customer experience.

🎯 Requirements

• Spanish is your native language or you can communicate fluently, as you will sell our product exclusively to clients in Chile (a C1 language certificate is a plus); • You have sales experience (primarily consultative sales!) with the ability to negotiate and close deals; • You possess excellent persuasive skills and have a proactive, ambitious profile; • You practice active listening; • Experience in inside sales and/or SaaS is an advantage; • You are familiar with and practice the SPIN selling methodology; • You have experience using CRMs.
